Appreciation Cookout

The Vestry serves its annual picnic on Sunday, May 21 at 11:30am in gratitude for our many volunteers and all you do for the life of Grace Episcopal Church! We will also recognize our children at the closing of the Sunday School year.

Dine and Discuss

Dine and Discuss potluck will be on Wednesday, April 26 at 6pm. Our guest will be Concord Monitor columnist Robert Azzi, answering your questions in his “Ask A Muslim Anything” program.

Concord Female Charitable Society

Annual Meeting and Supper held at Alan’s Restaurant (Rte. 3 in Boscawen) on Tuesday, April 11 at 6:00 pm followed by a slide presentation on the Abbot-Downing Company and the Concord Coach. If you have not yet become a member, please speak with Ruthann Fox or Barbara Ashworth for details. No dinner tickets ($20) will be sold at the door.

Reasons for Faith

Wednesday, February 22, 6:00pm

Bring a potluck dish to share or just come and eat and talk! Monthly potluck suppers will replace our former Third Friday Suppers from years past. All ages and families are welcome to come.

This time, Father Jason will lead discussion on God’s existence, how we know about God and the relationship of faith and science.

Pork Fest success and gratitude!

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the 2016 Pork Fest! We raised over $3,000 for our Take a Tote feeding ministry to the Mill Brook School!

Pork Fest: Saturday, September 10, 12-2:30pm!

2015 pork fest 083Seventh Annual Pork Fest returns to Merrill Park!





Grace Episcopal Church invites Concord residents to the 7th Annual Pork Fest fundraiser on Saturday, September 10 from 12-2:30pm at Merrill Park on Eastman Street. The neighborhood cookout will feature BBQ pork, hamburgers and hot dogs, games, bounce houses and a raffle.

While the event is free, donations will be accepted. All donations will support Grace Episcopal Church’s Take-a-Tote ministry to provide weekend meals to local public schoolchildren enrolled in the free and reduced lunch program. Take-a-Tote currently supplies 50 tote bags of food each week to East Concord’s Mill Brook School. Each tote bag costs $10 to fill.

“Children who get free lunches can’t be served when school is out, on weekends and in the summer. This Pork Fest allows our Take-a-Tote program to serve a hidden need,” said Will Ashworth, a member of Grace Episcopal Church.
